Royal Randwick Racecourse in Sydney, Australia on Thu, 14 Mar 1974
Attended this Mindblowing Concert when 18 years old along with my Sister.
Remember standing in front of the Stage next to 2 meter high speaker boxes lol.
Elton commenced the Show by running out on the stage in a Crocodile Costume with the head of the Costume snapping around as he moved Hahahahah. He then pulled up sharply at his piano , turned and stuck one leg up on the piano and sang Crocodile Rock.
The crowd erupted with sheer exuberance, screaming, shouting & loud whistling from some even. The air was filled with Pot smoke hahaha, no escaping the fumes omg !
This was my first open air Concert and WOW what an experience that Year 1974 !
Sheer Brilliance on Stage with Lighting and special effects and of course Elton completely blew us all away with his "Amazing Vocals and Performance" !
Will never ever forget that night even though was nearly 50 years ago lol.!
Thanks Elton for all the wonderful music and you still Rocket Man ! :-) Judy B.

Texas A&M University - College Station in College Station, US on Wed, 08 Nov 1972
I attended this concert during the week at G Rollie. I recall it was noticeably less than a sellout. Exams were that week. Elton flew across the stage on a wire. He said one time "this is not Texas A&M it is Texas R&R...Rock and Roll !!"
I was there and he brought the house down.

Interested in knowing if any fraudulent tickets were seized or patron turnaways due to this were experiences last night?

Great concert. Keys guitar bass and drums.
Dundee Caird Hall in Dundee, UK on Thu, 02 Mar 1972
I was at this concert to see a virtually unknown artist. It cost a princely one pound to get in and it was one of the best concerts I have ever been to including the likes of Fleetwood Mac, Genesis, The Searchers, The Beatles, Phil Collins etc. His cover versions were fantastic.
GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, US on Sun, 19 Aug 1973
