The site is not run by a company, so it has no company registration or VAT number. How it handles your personal data is in the privacy policy.

Reviews, ratings and photographs are written and taken by members, and each is shown under the name of the member who posted it. Concert listings are added by members and drawn from public catalogs such as MusicBrainz, songkick and setlist.fm. Artist pictures come from Wikimedia Commons, with the photographer and the license named under each one.

If you find something here that you believe is unlawful or infringes your rights, use the Report link beside the review, reply or photograph, or write to support@loudmemories.com with the address of the page. Say which post it is and why you believe it should not be here, and if it is your photograph or your words, say that too. A person reads every report. What happens next is on the house rules page.

Under the EU Digital Services Act, support@loudmemories.com is the single point of contact for members and everyone else who uses the site, and for the authorities of the EU member states, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services. Write in English or Slovenian.
