The Skids were first on and immediately had my full attention, they were powerful and full of energy, Richard Jobson never stopped jumping around on stage, it was infectious, we all pogoed ourselves to death, an enduring memory.

Im here in the Pavilion Feb 2022 where 43.5 years ago I watched The Stranglers, Hugh and JJ were on fire . Stand out moment was when they started playing Bring on the nubiles made my night but Im a simple kind of boy
