This exceeded our expectations and I even shared the experience with my secondary school students who struggled to believe Bryan is still performing and he's older than their grand parents who do very little in comparison. :)

The best gig I've ever been to!

I was 16 --- met my first ever proper girlfriend at this concert.
Those were the days when you could stand & get up close, with a pint in one hand & a ciggy in the other.
Great band & great songs --- full of energy & good to pogo to.
De Montfort was great place to see bands - floor sloped & plenty of space. Can't remember who supported, but my friend has suggested might have been Joy Division !!!

Awesome gig. The Dead Boys as support. The band and the audience were exchanging spit and beer. It was like being in a riot in the mosh pit. The local paper the next day carried the headline 'PUNK ROCK SHOCKER: DEMAND FOR INQUIRY'. You can't buy publicity like that.

First time I ever came across leonard Cohen. Taken their by my girlfriend who is sadly now my late wife

An amazing evening. I recall he came back for encore after encore -8/9altogether.
