Kenny Wayne Shepherd fan reviewOne of the best gigs I have been to ever. Kenny and his whole band were faultless. Laurence Jones wonderful as a support act and such a joy to see him invited back on stage at end to jam

Big Country on Thu, 30 Oct 2014
Big Country fan memorieOk having watched Big Country since 1982, it can be said i am a little biased towards them.
But tonight was a treat, my fav band in my hometown, it is what dreams are made of.
The band played all of there second album Steeltown in full and it was great to hear a lot of tracks which haven"t been played for a while and they nailed everyone.
Assembley has a great sound for a guitar band, and it suited Big Country, who then belted out a mix of there so called greatest hits and a couple of surprise tracks, namely River of Hope.
By the end, a healthy sized crowd were rocking to a great venue and truely great band.
Don"t miss either this venue, or a legendary kick ass band.
The Jayhawks on Tue, 22 Jul 2014
The Jayhawks fan memorieThere is much contention about which is the classic line up of The Jayhawks. Some would even dare to argue that an Olson free Jayhawks should be using a different name however, these people are few and far between. I would challenge any of them to come and see the current tour and not walk away impressed and amazed at not only the level of musicianship but at the ease in which the band draw you in and make you almost become part of the songs. More than anything it is the songs, songs so well written that they all seem like they part not only our past but also of the here and now. Brilliant gig!
