I was so lucky to score tickets for this last minute show at Irving Plaza!!! Jeff Lynne was playing with long time ELO band mate Richard Tandy and with the 12 piece band it was the full Electric Light Orchesta sound. Jeff played songs from his latest ELO album along with over a dozen ELO classic hits. Probably one of the best concerts I have ever seen and I've been to over 100 in my lifetime! Here's hoping Jeff Lynne's ELO tours USA in 2016!!!

Great venue and great show! John and the string quartet were amazing together! Only complaint was that the early show was way to short!

The band is one of the best. They are very professional and the backstage staff handle things very good. Although the people were a bit crazy with alcohol and mosh. How people react is not fault of the personal or the band. The concert laste about 2 hours and they know how to make a show on stage. I will definitely come again!

Volbeat was good as usual. But i didn't care for the lame audience of old farts bringing in their underage kids. And the Anthrax fans kind of creeped me out. Like some of them were let out on furlough from some prison yard.

Richard Patrick and his Filter are by far one of rock's premier bands that put out album after album, tour profusely and should be way more famous than they are. Their razer sharp musicianship and introverted lyrics never disappoint as their sound is so monsterous, tight, super energetic and should be filling nothing but arenas and stadiums. If you ask me, I believe they need a big name agent and touring manager with the big connections to help them fulfill their real dream to where they truly belong in this rock world bar none. Richard Patrick is a genius since his NIN days and deserves far more credit as he is also one of the most intellectual down to earth guy you'll ever meet.
