The Mavericks concert on Friday night June 12 at Knuckleheads Saloon was amazing! First of all the venue was just perfect...intimate but full of fun and dancing! Delbert McClinton put on a great show with his blues and harmonica improv! Loved it!! Btw his female sax player was amazing! Then came what I had been waiting for!! My first time seeing The Mavericks although I have loved and listened to them for a long time! One of the best shows I have ever seen!! The band was amazing and put on such an entertaining performance! And what can you say about Raul Maol except that he is amazing and has such a beautiful voice! One thing that really struck me was how much he seemed to enjoy playing for us and how he smiled throughout the whole performance!! The whole band was having a great time and that transferred to all of us!! Lots of singing and dancing all night long!! I would have loved to go back for their second concert last night but sadly it was not possible! I cannot wait for their next concert at Knuckleheads...I will be there with my dancing shoes on!!!

One of the best bands to see live. Their sense of joy in performing can be felt from the very last seat in any venue. Don't miss this band. You will "Want To Dance The Night Away!"

We danced the entire concert except for when he sang Mona Lisa. Haven't seen bras and panties thrown on the stage since Tom Jones a few years back. LOL! I think the band was quite surprised as well. I think this show was better than last year's at the Capitol Theatre in Clearwater.

My wife and I were dancing in the balcony. The Mavericks are one of my favorites. Raul Malo's voice was spot on. His band is awesome. A fun night. It is refreshing to go to a concert where the performers DO NOT POLITIC!

Hopelijk duurt het niet te lang voordat ze weer naar Europa/Nederland komen.
