what an excellent night of music memories.. I've been seeing Steve Hackett since the late 70's.. .it was so great to see him in Newton Theater New Jersey so close to home.

Terrific musicianship. Hackett and band, driven by drummer Gary O'Toole, gave virtuoso performances of several songs from his recent "Wolflight" CD as well as several tracks from his first four solo albums from the 70's and several classic Genesis songs.
Generous setlist. Professional performance.A guest on The Lowry, Salford on Sun, 25 Oct 2015
Excellent gig last night. Steve was on fine form with a brilliant mix of solo and Genesis material playing them like only he can.

What a fantastic concert!..my husband and brother a bit fan of Steve Hackett in the 70s..now I'm a fan! Brilliant night!..Saw Mark Knopfler in May,thought he was fab,but think Steve and his band excelled!!

Great set extremely well delivered. After the first couple of songs Nad and in fact the whole band got much more warmed up. Acoustics at the Guildhall disappointing though; the old Gaumont (Mayflower) is much better.

Perfection, well nearly; Hackett could have been louder in the mix...

How to compare with the Apollo gig last year? The only slight thing for me was the acoustic of the Lowry meant Nad was sometimes a bit drowned early on but that could have been me getting used to the acoustic as it was my first time at the Lowry.
This was an absolutely awesome gig; everything was nailed. My highlights were The Fountain, Hogweed, and Supper's Ready was as good as last year (I didn't think that was possible).
What a band! Tight as a Yorkshireman, with the added bonus this year of Beggsy. How good is this guy?
I'm a muso and he was as mesmerising to watch as Steve. Is that Chapman Stick a puzzle to be only played by 'special people'? That was my evenings' great distraction.
I cannot thank Steve enough for putting together a band like this. This was my best gig of last year; I can't see anybody getting near again this year. Superb.

I was transported back to my early 20’s at the London Palladium last night, when the Steve Hackett Band gave us a fantastic version of the complete Seconds Out. He has not lost any of his guitar skills, or hair! The lighting show even included the white light wall of cell like railings that are on the original album cover.
Highlights for me were Cinema Show, Suppers Ready and the complete version of Firth of Fifth - including the full keyboard intro, not on the original album. Sheer Prog Rock bliss at its best.
