Parkhaus in Duisburg, Germany on Tue, 22 Aug 2006
Ich war damals dabei, als hier im Parkhaus Geschichte geschrieben wurde. Sabaton spielten vor etwa 200 Metalheads und die Hütte ist fast auseinandergebrochen!!
Hier entstand die Legende zu "Noch ein Bier" was wir Fans der Band ständig zwischen den Songs zugerufen haben. Joakim, der Sänger, stieg voll darauf ein und machte den Abend unvergesslich, sowohl für die band als auch für uns Fans. Das Ganze gipfelte nach vielen Jahren sogar bis zu dem Sabaton "Noch ein Bier Festival" in Gelsenkirchen. Heute noch gefragt ist der Ausruf "Noch ein Bier" oder auch auf den Bühnen immer wieder ausgerufen, ob Duisburger im Publikum sind, das macht schon ein wenig stolz, diese Band von Anfang an supportet zu haben.

Absolutely awesome performance! Went to see my fav. band Amon Amarth and Sabaton was truly a BONUS! Every ticket was sold. The line waiting all the way to 3rd St to across the street and back was worth the wait. Though I don't particularly care for the venue, this band made it worth the while. Through the Gates of Hell! As we make our way to Heaven!!
