Charleston Music Hall in Charleston, US on Fri, 01 May 2015
As they said he had me in tears laughing and then would just go into one of his classic pieces and blow you away. I've listened to his music since the early 80's and it's my first time to see him live. He is not as fast on the strings as in his younger years but doesn't need to be. He's just that good to hear. Same goes for our tickets though. What was with the portable chairs in front of the front row ?
Loved the concert. It was my first time hearing Leo live. He was funny, talented and really connected with the audience. Having bought our tickets in Dec. on the first day they went on sale so we could have front row seats, was only disappointed to see a row of chairs in front of our seats.
Wow! Hope Leo Kottke returns to Charleston soon!
