What a fantastic show! This the way live music was meant to be. Jonny really brought it and rocked Baldwinsville, NY on a beautiful Friday evening. As the boats pulled up on the Seneca River and the late-comers settled in, Jonny proceeded to give us two hours of sizzling blues/gospel music.
From down-and-dirty blues to heart-rending ballads. But mostly blues. And that's the way the crowd wanted it. At times, I almost felt like I was in church. And that's a good thing. The feeling was very spiritual and uplifting. Since I know Jonny is a "Twelve-Stepper" and has conquered his own demons, it made it even more poingant as I listened to the lyrics of "Breaking Me" and "Lie To Me". I'll admit, I even shed a tear or two ...it was that moving. One of the best shows of the summer so far.

Soulful and bluesy, with touches of gospel. Great singer, great guitar player, great band!

Hard Rock Casino in Vancouver, Canada on Thu, 12 Mar 2015
Great show and a generous performance from Jonny Lang. I enjoyed my first concert with him very much.
Jonny Lang never disappoints and his concert at the Hard Rock Casino was no exception. He and and his band quietly took the stage and launched into a powerful version of Blew Up (The House). Then happy crowd was treated to everything from Rack 'em Up to a beautiful acoustic combination of Breakin' Me and Lie To Me. It was an amazing night for this Jonny Lang fan. It was a solid two and a half hour show that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The concert was very enjoyable and we had a great time. We were pleased that we were allowed to considerately use our cell cameras and I personally was thrilled when he indicated he didn't mind some of the audience coming up to the stage, (which I did)! He put on a good show along with the rest of his band. It was a fun way to celebrate my birthday!

Jonny Lang at The State Theater in Falls Church, bucket list item
Such an emotional night… saw Jonny Lang at The State theater in Falls Church…went by myself, and it was all I could do not to cry during the parts of songs that Jonny bit into. I was introduced to his soulful music by a great love, during a very tumultuous time in my life, both long past, and all those memories and feelings washed over me tonight.
Jonny has been a L O N G time favorite artist of mine, since the mid-nineties when he put out his “Lie to Me” album. I’ve waited years between albums, always waiting for the next, afraid that he’d either grow out of it or get too disillusioned to continue, but he hasn’t. He’s only become more…everything. I can’t understand why he isn’t a super-super star to everyone else. He is to me. Thank you, Jonny, for a wonderful evening. I will see you again next time around.
