De La Warr Pavilion in Bexhill-On-Sea, UK on Tue, 25 Oct 2022
The man just seems to get better and better. Have been following and seeing Al since the late 60s, and the show at the De La Warr will stand out for me due to the exquisite rendition of Modern Times, a track I adore but have never seen him perform it live. His backing band, the Empty Pockets, must also take plaudits for the way they seamlessly made every song sound original.

I've seen Al many times since the late 70's and every show is better than the previous one. I can't wait until he and Dave return! Thanks for the great show.
Royal Albert Hall in London, UK on Fri, 22 May 2015
The man has something which so many performers lack nowadays and he has maintained his professional image and performs still to a high standard. I have seen him four times now and last two Royal Albert tours and come away each time thinking this is the best and he still beats it everytime.
First time going to the Royal Albert Hall, took my dad to see Al for Father's Day.
Excellent from start to finish, a great evening with a relaxed atmosphere.
Guildford G Live in Guildford, UK on Thu, 14 May 2015
Just loved it! Talk about being an icon of it's time, yet timeless too!
Never tire of hearing Al's songs and the stories behind some of them. Band was brilliant and very impressed with both Tim Renwick on guitar and Marc Macisso on Sax, etc. Dave Nachmanoff outstanding guitar playing as usual.
Having Tim Renwick on lead guitar made the concert perfection :)
