Built to Spill on Thu, 23 Jul 2015
- Built to Spill fan
I only refrain from giving it the highest rating possible because I feel like the first night (July 22) was better. The jams were epic, but that doesn't mean last night wasn't incredible either. Carry The Zero had an altered ending and closing out the night with Stab and closing out the set proper with Goin' Against Your Mind was amazing. Doug and the boys can really play. I think Doug's amp could've been a little louder, I was standing right in front of Brett's and couldn't hear Doug's as well. Maybe I was standing in a sweet spot on Wednesday lol.

Concert was great, loved it except for at the very end when Noah put his guitar towards the crowd so people could touch it, the girls went crazy and grabbed it and pulled it into the crowd. My 8 year old niece got thrown to the ground and trampled and hit in the head with it. My sister and I shoved it back towards him so he could get control of it again, as we threw people off of her.
We go to a lot of concerts and this is the only time anything like this has happened. Circa Survive on Mon, 24 Nov 2014

So fun I got towards the front and Anthony held my hand several times and touched my face. I also got knocked in the head by a crowd surfer and Anthony happened to see and stopped singing and asked if I was okay. What a nice guy. Totally got into the crowd and played a good variety of his songs. Best concert I've ever been to!!

Sabaton was epic last night! It was the third time I've seen them and they never fail to deliver a knock out performance. One of the best live bands out there! These guys always seem to have a lot of fun on stage.

Sound wasn't that good...too much high end. The temperature inside the venue was frigid. We've seen Menomena play before and this was our least fave of their shows.

The floor was sticky. Eew. I didn't feel like she connected with her audience. :(

Even better live, there's such a higher concentration of passion and human connectivity. The flow of the songs and ease in which its all executed is genius in action. I can't wait to see what they do next!
Maybe a live album?! - The Notwist fan
So good live. Jel as the opening act was perfect and the set list was great as well. A mix of new stuff and classics we all love. There was nothing that I disliked and I cant wait till they come back!
