The Doobie Brothers fan reviewShould have been rescheduled due to the weather. We got completely soaked and were told umbrellas were not allowed. We waited for until 8 PM and it was still raining. Seating area not sheltered from the rain. This was a total fiasco! I will never attend another of these beach concerts!
