I comment as a soundtechnician and Head of a small rental Company!
The Lighting was excellent and operated great. But the Sound did not match my personal requests!
So I could see, the complete PA-System had been maesured, there were some soundproblems:
1. Phase-Problems, due to the setup of the 2 viewable Sub-Arays, in the mix of low-mids and Bass. You could hardly here the bass-git in most audiance Areas!
2. the 3 Frontfill tops on both sides were not aligned in Phase. There were well heareable peaks end lows in the 30m Range!
3. The Problem in the bass Low-mid range was well recognizable during the whole Show. You could not seperate the standup Bass from the Kick within Bluma´s opening.
4. The Toms in the main act where often not hearable and the Sound was not naturally. You could only recognize the high emphasis. When played in the wohle Band, it was unrecognizable, which Tom was played! Only the 2 gong-kicks were well done.
It would be easy to just blame the soundguy for all. But I think the foh was placed wrong! A 40cm riser would have helped a lot. The camera riser could have been placed one Level behind a center-foh! Then the Problems would have been hearable for the mixer!
As I am in the Business for 30 years, I know that there are a lot of Troubles during setup and time is always to short. But sometimes mistakes are made just by getting used and wrong Feedback! 90% of the audience does not recognize the soundproblems. But I think with todays Systms, a clear Sound should be recommandable!
Measurement does not lead to a good Sound! It only helps making it!

Hi, I don't know if this is the right thread for this but I will write it anyway.
I was in sector 401 in Mercedes-Benz arena U2 Berlin 29.09.
Concert began with Miracle, and I supposed everyone will stand up and cheer. But everyone was sitting still! Is this German culture, to sit still on rock concert?? Numerous people tried to tell me to sit down because they don't see the concert. I was so confused becuase I thought it was forbidden to stand up on "sitting ticket", so I went to ask a security to check on this. Security confirmed it's no problem if I am standing, so I was sure no one can push me down and tell me to sit down. Nevertheless, this kind of ruined my enjoyment on concert.
If this is German tradition, to sit down, without moving your feet or jumping on Vertigo, Out of control etc, then I will not go in Germany on concert anymore. U2 sings about love, positive energy, but on this concert, I felt like there are only angry and anxious people around me.
Please comment on my post, I want to know what German people thinks about this. :) Santana on Sun, 05 Jul 2015

Great concert. I was a toddler when Freddie died so didn't have a chance to see Queen live then. And as nobody can be Freddy Adam really did a great job on stage. Was natural, charming and his vocal skills fit right in the Queen's repertoire. I am really glad I could see this concert live.

I had been at the LK-concert in Berlin in 1998, when he played in the "Arena". Now, after 16 years, I felt a little bit remembered on this event. It was a wonderful night with wonderful songs by a wonderful artist!!!

This was a great concert. She is a gifted singer, knows her instruments and country music and tells a story to every song. Something old, something new, something used, something blue - you name it, she has it on her playlist.

She was great and even if it wasn't her live voice it was a wonderful show. In her age she's allowed to sing with playbacks. The whole concert was concentrated on her. No need of fireworks or many lights. 8 instruments I remembered she played and I think 5 songs of her new album. The audience was greater than I thought they would be. Congratulations Berlin! Dolly, we will remember you in a good way!
