I didn't come to see Charley. Me and my bf came to see another band, but we were gobsmacked. She is bloody amazing. One great song following another great song. Why haven't I heard of Charley before? Bloody amazing singer and songs. Check out her soundcloud link and her Youtube for live performances. I wish she had some stuff on iTunes though.

As a band, I love them, I think they're great. They're brilliant live too (hence my rating of the gig).
My only criticism is, for a band who only have one album, they play for too long & try to cram as many songs into their set as possible and because of that, they're short on chit-chat. I was a student at Warwick and this was either my first or second week at uni. Remember the gig really well, I think it was the crocodiles tour, especially all the netting and camouflage, I've been a big bunnymen fan ever since. Sure I saw them again in Coventry a year later.
