The only reason I went to AKA was to see Charlie's set. Fantastic songs coupled with a confident, tight delivery.

Venue was great, but not full for Charlie's set. She kicked off the Vestival on the main stage (of two) and I believe played all original songs. They were a mixture of softer folky summery songs and upbeat pop, although some sounded like they were a pop/country mix. Her lyrics are outstanding and the tone of her voice is up there with the best. Even though she was on so early, the crowd still shouted for an encore and the organiser told her to play another track. that track was sung in Korean. totally gobsmacked. Will keep my eyes peeled for more local concerts, as I can't believe she won't be a big star some day and I can say, I was at Vestival 2015 and saw Charlie Leavy.

Charlie is an amazing singer. She is dynamic and clearly loves music. She played an excellent mix of popular covers and catchy originals which are lyrically clever and musically brilliant. I loved watching Charlie play - don't miss her!
