The music was perfection, but the venue was really confusing at first. We first thought the concert was cancelled, then when we got there we thought they were in on basement stage, then we found out they were playing the main stage up top. So confusing. Hope we didn't miss too much of The Classic Crime...

Miss Emma (the 16 year olds) were one of our favorites. They were pretty great for as young as they were. Record High was not our favorite. Maybe just not our style. Hearts like Lions were pretty awesome, we enjoyed them very much; I think they gained new fans. Megosh is very talented and the band was great but at an all age show we did not appreciate the F-bomb being dropped and because of that they probably lost new fans. The Classic Crime was amazing even with strained vocals (which we appreciate that you came out and did the show not feeling well). We have been Classic Crime fans for years and it was great finally getting to see them. And we loved that they support local bands and give bands like Miss Emma a shot at opening for a really cool band.
The band was awesome as always. You could tell the vocals are a little stained from the concert the night before, but that didn't hurt the quality of the concert. I wasn't thrilled that there were so many opening bands, but fortunately I enjoyed them, even the ones with sounds I don't typically listen to. I particularly liked Hearts Like Lions.
Megosh was incredible!
