RIP Shane. What a legend. Was reminiscing with a neighbor about being at this show many years ago. Went with a bunch of Canadian guys, huge Great Big Sea fans and I became a fan after this show. But everyone was there for Shane. He was the last to play. Came on stage an hour late and the place was hopping. Remember people climbing up the poles of the tent and security could not get them down. Shane had a stagehand that would hand him a beer and fresh cigarette after every song. Great memories.
