Golden Nugget in Biloxi, US on Sat, 16 May 2015
It was a great evening, opened with "You Ain't Goin Nowhere", encore of "Will the Circle Be Unbroken and "The Weight" The did many of my favorites including an extended "Ripplin Waters". Banter with the audience was humorous. I'd never seen the band after being a fan for 40+ years. Jimmie Faddins harmonica was as soulful as ever , Carpenters keyboards that included the bass were excellent , McEuen was still very antimated in performances on the fiddle, mandolin, and curious lap held slide guitar. When Jeff plugged into his hollow body guitar he brought power to select songs. They didn't get to every favorite I wanted to hear but the made a great try. Hope they'll make it to Mobile's Saenger theatre before they hang up their hats. Wish their tour would swing south more often.
