Awesome performer and I believe a legend. Wife and I had a great time, although getting to the balcony seats was an adventure due to our age (60+) and being pleasantly under the effects of several forms of feel good medicine. Got saftley to our seats but my dear wife got up almost immediate and suddenly said "I have a o leave" and off she went not answering my questio "are you coming back". After 5 or so of Leo's songs an usher came and got me and took me to the lobby were my wife was sitting recovering from a claustrophobia attack!! The manager very graciously gave us box seats front stage box seats about 25 feet from Johns microphone. We stayed put and spent the next 90 minutes or so in what I hope heaven will be also like. My wife and I have been married 40 years and had never been to a concert before!! We are still pinching ourselves. Thx John and the good people/Angels staff at the Palace Theater ✌&❤️

John Prine dedicated a song to my father who passed away last week of cancer. It was a moment my sister and I will never forget.

It was a great concert! John put it all out there, the band was terrific and even the opening act was good with Amanda Shires who is an up and coming talent of her own. I especially liked the duet they did together because I love the song they did, "In Spite of Ourselves." I love John Prine!

This was a awesome day and night altogether. Great company with my brother Carson and great food and drink and then to finish it off with a amazing show by john Prine well it just doesnt get any better. The late late night till 4:30am session of beers and Prine songs once we got back to charlottesville was just icing on a already perfect cake

Two charming old guys that still have voices that can command an audience! They were both full of humor and spunk. I loved the transition from Kristofferson's half of the show to Prine's half. I don't know how many shows they performed before they played in San Diego, but it was quite believable that two old friends got together to perform a few songs, just for us. I enjoyed their shenanigans, their stories, and most of all their amazing music. Prine's energy was high, and I don't know who the sound guy was, but each instrument and mike was perfectly balanced for the show. Very memorable and I'm glad I got to see it.
