Epica concert reviews and tour history

From my seen concerts at festival, for me, this was surprise of this year Metaldays festival.At first I didn't even know if I want to see them, but the moment when I know that girlfriend and sister will be there too, I know we are going to the concert and boy, it was amazing!
Amazing voice, great show.
My first time, but definitely not last!

Great gig. Missed Scar Symmetry but arrived in time for Eluveitie whose performance of 'Call of the mountains' in French was breath-taking.

Every track by the headline act was superb and the only low point was someone interrupting the silence for France.

interaction with the crowd in general and Simone's vocals were amazing!!

a very great show like usual

First band did quite well with their new lead vocalist but their merch was overpriced for the product I bought. Eluveite should have been the headliner. They totally stole the show. Crowd Surfing, friendly mosh pits....Rennaisance style dancing in the pit?!?!?! IT DOESN'T GET MUCH MORE BAD ASS THAN THAT!!! Epica was GREAT,,,,,Eluveite was just SO ....SO much better in every way. Epica used backing tracks for all of their keyboard parts and sometimes the drummer fell off of the click track. (I'm a musician so I can tell - the audience probably did not hear that though) Eluveite only used backing tracks for introductions and parts between songs....to which worked flawlessly.

It was legen - wait for it - dary! Legendary!

I think I can clearly say that I'm in love with Epica. They are perfection as it was the concert. Hope they come back to Barcelona soon!
