To whom it may concern,
I bought the wedge package and was pleased with the location however, the location of the BBQ and the time it was available was an epic fail. I was also disappointed that instead a wedge pass I receive a sticker, which was ruined by the rain. If not for the herculean efforts of the acts, this would have been a horrible experience. Until the venue does a better job providing more efficient services, my party and I will not be attending anymore concerts. When my ticket was purchased, there was mention of comfortable seating. I failed to see or find any, including uncomfortable seating.
