I will rate it perfection even if the public didn't really seem to connect with Monster Truck (the opening band). I guess we were just too impatient to get started with Slash. Still I have to point out that Jeremy Widerman (guitar) did an AMAZING job to cheer the public up.
When Slash and the band came up it was insane. There aren't a lot of bands that you can say they sound better than in the record, but this one is the perfect mix between decades of experience and epicness. The setlist was carefully chosen, with a good ratio of Guns and Roses' and recent songs, and they even played Shallow Life for the first time that day. It was beautiful hearing all the crowd singing with Myles some songs like Sweet Child Of Mine or Anastasia.
Finally, I think the crowd did great as well to make the band feel welcomed. Although I will never understand how the hell can there be people sitting in a rock concert (they were half of the crowd or more).
It was definetly a night to remember :)
I usually prefer smaller venues but i have to say that that show was just fantastic!! Great sound, great artists for an amazing moment!! F.... great concert!!! Wahou! I want moooooooore!!
