Sarah is top notch! She never disappoints. We had a very good time. The only thing that took away from the show, and this perhaps only bothered me because I'm a drummer, but the drummer didn't rise to Sarah's level. I hope she's able to get someone more able to support her as she deserves. Or that he steps up his game and realizes the opportunity in front of him.
Even with this drummer, I still recommend this tour and am so grateful to see her perform again.Sarah McLachlan fan
Sarah McLachlan is always extraordinary in performance. She is so personable, so genuine, and so very present with an audience. At this concert, she blended songs from her new album, Shine, in with songs from every album dating back to Fumbling Towards Ecstasy. Her band was smaller than bands she has traveled with in the past, which allowed for that crystal clear voice to soar. Beautiful night at Red Rocks. Gifted artist. Perfection.
