This was one of the best shows I've been to... It was a wonderful experience! The venue was small, but with the smaller crowd and balcony seating, it was cozy instead of being claustrophobic. I hadn't heard of either of the two opening bands before the show, but they were both fantastic, both in musical talent and energy... I'll certainly be listening more to both. Mother Mother, of course, was bloody amazing! I would love to see them again (though hopefully a bit closer to home next time- Louisville, Kentucky. :P)

Both Battle Tapes and Danger Maker were fantastic opening bands, but the night really came alive when Mother Mother took the stage. The Great American Music Hall is a small intimate venue, so it felt like one big party where the band was playing. Ryan took the time to stop and thank the crowd, the venue, tell stories and jokes, and everyone had a great time with it. The usual serious and almost stoic Molly even broke and laughed a few times at Jasmines antics and high energy, the whole band was tight and very happy to be back in San Francisco. Every member got their moment to shine, Ali got a beautiful solo song, Ali had at least one amazing drum solo, Jeremy had a whole story dedicated to him. And of course Ryan was the front man, taking everyone through an unforgettable night. 10/10, this is one the most sincere, talented, and humble bands out there. Don't miss them.

Loved the show last night in San Francisco. It was so much fun to see all the energy on stage. The openers were also really good although I didn't catch their band names.

Mother Mother is one of my favorite bands to see live. I generally don't leave my home unless it is for live music or art and attend quite a bit of shows. One thing that set the night apart from many other shows is everyone was dancing, which is not the usual case for San Francisco. The music is fantastic, and the band has a completely charming personality. It did not take me a second of thought on whether or not I was going. If I could see them play again tonight, I would be there in a flash.
