I was 18 by the time, she was one of the top artists…so I had to go! She was great. She was a show in every song.
I remember when she sang 'Money'…on her knees hitting the floor wile singing the last chorus MONEY, MONEY, MONEY, MONEY…yeah, yeah!
'girls just wanna have fun'…throwing a garbage can and kickin the trash al over the stage.
Remember when she talk to the crowd about 'this new song' from her new album, then the sound of percussion started, followed by a gentle acoustic guitar… True Colors…uff!!!
That song became a super hit and I was there listening it for the first time.
Now my sons listen and sing covers of that song and I, so proud, tell'em bout who is Cindy Louper, the consert I went, the release of the original song and how cool it was!!
