Loved it!
A Bobby Long show should never be missed. And especially not if he plays the LOGO in Hamburg. I've seen him playing there before and the shows there are always among the best. This time however, Bobby outdid himself. Words cannot describe how awesome, full of energy and passion his performance was. From old classics like Who Have You Been Loving to new favorites like Ode To Thinking, from a beautiful unplugged version of Dead and Done to a version of Penance Fire Blues that knocked everyone off their feet... not to forget his amazing ability to tell incredibly funny stories... all ingredients for a greatevening with a wonderful and talented musician were there. Can't wait for the next time!!
Concerts at the "LOGO" in Hamburg are always special but Bobby Long was playing an even more special and great show than usually there on Saturday, October 10th, 2015. Among new songs from his album Ode To Thinking to old classics he also played his well known song "Dead and Done" in a phenomenal unplugged version. Also the audience got goosebumps when he played "Penance Fire Blues". His hilarious story about the lyrics to his song "Kill Someone" should not be missed by anybody. After a mindblowing set, the audience didn't let him go before playing not one but two encores. A fantastic time was had by all!
What an amazing show! One of the best.
It was an outstanding show last night at the LOGO in Hamburg. I've seen Bobby Long live many times over the last 4 years but yesterday's show was the best I've been to so far.
One of the best shows I've ever seen. He keeps getting better and better.
