The best concert ever!!!

It is always good to see Ani - it's like seeing an old friend after a long time. We are now the same age and I've seen her no less than a dozen times. She thanked us for growing old with her - I share the same gratitude back. Infinity Music Hall is a good venue for her - reminds me of the first concerts I saw when a small group gathered to hear what she had to say. It was intimate and her voice was as beautiful as ever. She shared her new music which made me excited for their release. Now she is older and with different things to share. I am older too, with two kids of my own, wondering many of the same things. I am grateful she has stayed the course and continues to create. She will be in CT again tonight and I hope she is greeted with the same warmth. If you get the chance to see her at Infinity, treat yourself.
