I was there, as a 6th Former from Ashton-under-Lyne. It was one of my first gigs and it felt like we were in a cattle shed. ZZ Top were on for about 50 minutes and were decent, but it was a short-lived evening. There was a giant illuminated Egyptian death mask at the back of the stage. The musicians were trying a few things before they went to Wembley Arena for the real gig.

I was there.....in the tier right at the back but it was still a fantastic show.

I was in the front row that evening. From the second he was on stage until the second he left it I was in 7th heaven. He was superb. The man is more than a genius. He made the mixed audience feel as if he were singing just for each one of them. There never was before and never will be again anyone able to captivate an audience the way he could. A perfectly magical evening.

Great concert. Came with quite a few supporters from London, who were all wearing black. But then I had always worn all black back in the sixties, so was weird.

Wow great concert Frank was not happy with the venue only time he played there . Audience participation was excellent first time I saw him outstanding 🙏❤️🎶🎼

Caught the at Cambridge Folk Fest a month ago, where they were my surprise find of the Fesival, having not heard them before. Here at the Met, a wonderfully small and intimate venue, they produced the same high quality performance. Maybe not the same energy as they got from the big buzz at Cambridge, but more a personal set to small, friendly (& knowledgeable) audience. It was a sell out which was a lovely surprise. Maybe now's the best time to catch them, can they really keep this up forever? As I say, this band is new to me but I have listened to everything during the intervening weeks. The songwriting has certainly been honed by their long tour and I suspect their flawless harmonies, playing and perfomance too. I can recommend.
