MyConcertList has this concert listed as June 28, 1980. In fact it was June 12, 1980. Concert started late, WAY late...in my memory it's a couple hours late. Other lists also have Saga listed as the opening act...I recall NO opening act.

The show was amazing at the HOB!! I was right upfront and have seen Styx many times over the years, at different venues and in different cities. This was, however, my first time at HOB. This was my favorite Styx concert so far.The band keeps getting better every year and they put on a great show and lots of high energy.

Last night's show at House of Blues was my first experience with Styx and I must say that I'm above pleasantly surprised with the outcome! I didn't really know much of the music, but it didn't matter because their energy and spirit were contagious and I found myself enjoying the show very quickly. I'm only sorry my husband didn't get to win that guitar - that would've been the best ending to his birthday celebration this week!

Great show! The highlight was Tommy Shaw playing Duane Allman's Les Paul during the Allman Brothers tune "One Way Out"

Styx was fabulous. My seats were not. I also had front row seats on the end. If I had known that my view would be obstructed by sound equipment, I would have passed. Front row tickets come with the expectation that you will actually SEE the band. A member of the Styx crew even spoke to me before the show and apologized for my crappy seats. That's just sad. I could have stood outside the gate and listened for free instead of wasting my money on those tickets. My experience would have been nearly the same.

Horrible seats. I thought the first row would be awesome.... Couldn't see anything. I'm so disappointed. One of the worst concert experiences I've had. Wouldn't go back.

I am sorry to say this but I was very disappointed with the Front Row Seat I had. I might as well had been sitting in the 5th or 6th row cause I would have had a better view. I was all the way over to the left of the stage where you couldn't see ANYTHING! I was treated poorly by the event staff. STYX loves their fans and they knew how unhappy a lot of us were because they saw where we were sitting. I will never attend another show at your fairground. I am so bummed out today because I have NEVER been treated this way. YOU need to respect the people who pay good hard earned money to try and have a good time. Thanks for spoiling what was supposed to be a memorable evening. One that I want to forget now.

Fantastic concert, starting with Don Felder who played many Eagles hits. Then Styx, who were amazing as usual. The concert ended with Foreigner who were equally great. I had a wonderful time that night!!

I waited decades to see Styx in concert. They did not disappoint. Shed a tear when they left the stage. Had seen Foreigner 3 times in Oregon. Can't wait to see Tommy and the boys again.

Traffic getting to venue was horriffic. Took over 45 minutes to drive less than half a mile. However, when we got in the parking lot, there were dozens of sheriff's deputies riding around on bicycles. maybe if they were directing traffic it would have been times well spent. (And wt weren't getting there at the last minute, we were within site of the concert venue for an hour)

Thought Don Felder and Styx were better than Foreigner, Tommy Shaw still a true rocker. Just not same when the bands break-up but the songs were still great by all the groups!

Foreigner was great but getting tired of hearing the same old hits...they need to play more newer music or Kelly's old hurricaine songs...they were the best...don felder was good and styx also...the pavaillion is the same old place need fans under roof and reasonable priced drinks and food...and ticketmasters service charge sucks...corporate greed will kill this industry in time...

Great Set of artists - Don Felder - Foreigner - Styx ! I enjoyed all the acts and the set lists were full of Great Tunes from you all. I had hoped that the stage will be filled with members of all the acts to do 1 -2 songs together in a jam session style. Lots of talent there !!! I was sleepy today but it was a good sleepy !!
