      Matrix - Bochum, Germany on 08 May 2015

      I really liked the concert, all of the three Bands just rocked the hell out of this Place ^_^

      But I had some difficulties understanding, what the vocal artists were singing :(
      Unfortunately this place (Matrix in Bochum) was not 100% perfect from the acoustical experience - sometimes the sound was just a mess.

      Furthermore this place was quite cramped - maybe the LJ was not best positioned in the middle of the room ;)

      All in all I think what really matters was: The Bands just rocked like hell and I had really much fun, so here you go: 4/5 * :)

      Twilight Force get better and better everytime I see them, Freedom Call were solid as always, eventhough I think they played a very wrong setlist. Sonata Arctica...well, I like them on CD but I was not able to enjoy them live. The singer was too....well sometimes I thought he had some cocaine in his Coke. Too fast, no time for storytelling. And the crowd was just....too many people. Couldn't raise my arm sometimes without hurting me or the people around me. From 1 to 10 I would say....average. 5/10.

      The scheme above...when I use this, it would be "nothing special".

      Opinião - Porto Alegre, Brazil on 06 Mar 2015

      Set List Porto Alegre 03/06/2015

      01 - The Wolves Die Young
      02 - 8th Commandment
      03 - Paid in Full
      04 - What Did You Do In The War dad?
      05 - Losing My Insanity
      06 - Black Sheep
      07 - Letter To Dana
      08 - Blood
      09 - I Have A Right
      10 - X Marks The Spot
      11 - Love
      12 - Fullmoon
      13 - Unopned
      14 - San Sebastian
      15 -My Land
      16 - Replica
      17 - Do not Say A Word

      It was not played any music album Winterheart's Guild (I wanted to Victoria secrects), and no album The Days Of Grays (I wanted to Juliet)
      The albums Reckoning Night and Unia were represented by only one each track, Do not Say a Word and Paid in Full.
      The Stones Grow Her Name and Silence appeared in only two tracks each, the I Have A Right and Losing My Insanity (which, NO it is not a cover, for the Kakko composed this song along with Ari and wrote the letter and let him use it in the album.)
      and the Black Sheep and San Sebastian.

      So what prevailed in the show was really the music of the New Album and the Ecliptica, after all this was the proposal of the Tour, Advertise Pariah's and the "revisited" ecliptic,

      Songs by Album:

      Ecliptic = 6
      Silence = 2
      Winterheart's Guild = 0
      Reckoning Night = 1
      Unia = 1
      The Days Of Grays = 0
      Stones Grow Her Name = 2
      Pariah's Child = 5

      The Masquerade - Atlanta, US on 13 Oct 2014

      This was definitely one of the best concerts I've been to! I came only to see Sonata Arctica and now I have two new bands to love in Delain and Xandria. Sonata killed it. Tony Kakko brings a passion to his performance few artists could muster. At one moment he has you losing your mind with one of your favorite fast paced Sonata Classics and then brings you to near tears with one of their many strong emotional ballads, all the while having a good time performing for the audience and never taking themselves to seriously. A perfect night, can't wait for next time!

      Granada Theatre - Lawrence, US on 05 Oct 2014

      Of course the show was great because the bands are great. But I do love The Granada as a venue. I like the layout and, believe it or not, the employees are friendly. Thanks, Granada.

      Starlite Room - Edmonton, Canada on 21 Sep 2014

      Bass drum tended to drown out the vocals, guitars, and keyboards with all groups, but not as badly as in past shows I've seen at the Starlite Room. Awesome show, friendly staff... even the bathrooms were clean this time! Thank you guys for all your hard work and an unparalleled night.

      Starlite Room - Edmonton, Canada on 21 Sep 2014

      A couple of minor sound issues on the openers, but everyone was in top form and put on an amazing show. Excellent choice of setlists, great crowd, and helpful staff. What more could we want?

      An amazing show. Never saw Sonata Artica before and they delivered big time with a 90 minute set. Will see them again. Excellent triple Bill with Delain who never disappoint and Xandria a newcomer to Toronto. Can't wait to see these bands again. Very talented

      The concert was amazing! A great set list and a wonderful idea to include the VIP.
      Enterthevault was responsible for a bit of a malfunction with my VIP ticket (they did not include a barcode) but it was resolved quickly! It was great to meet Sonata and everyone was very friendly!
      I enjoyed the opening bands too and felt both did a good job of warming up the crowd.
      I both liked and disliked the lack of a safety bar between the stage and the crowd. I was right at the front and had to crane my neck to see the singers a few times. I even touched Tony's shoe at one point by accident so that was a lot of fun! The downside was security could not get to the troublemakers and there was a very drunk, loud and annoying girl hanging off me during the encore songs, trying to grab the band members (at one time she had Tommy around the leg) and I really felt she should have been removed from the venue or at least dealt with.

      Other than that, the concert went very well and I will certainly be coming back for more, especially if they use this venue again.

      Upstairs at the Palladium - Worcester, US on 06 Sep 2014

      Came expecting an amazing show my first time seeing Sonata Arctica, Delain, and Xandria live, and none of them disappointed one bit. My only negative feedback is that I wish they all could have played a full blown set each. One of my all-time best concerts I've been to ever
